OIRC002: Surviving The Holidays With Infertility

January 11, 2014

Today we tackle the topic of going through the holidays while dealing with infertility. Christmas time is one of the most difficult times of the year for a couple who is struggling with infertility. We understand how difficult it is and we want to share some of the steps that we have taken which have helped us to cope during the holidays.

We realize that these ideas may not be applicable to everyone, but we hope one or more of them can be of help to you. Nothing can make the burden completely disappear, but we've found that doing these things can certainly help lighten the load.

We also talk about a book called Infertility: A Survival Guide for Couples and Those Who Love Them. This book has been a great resource for us over the past few years and we highly recommend it to any couple dealing with infertility or for the friend of someone who is.
