Hello and welcome to the Sexyfit Podcast.   Pain is something that most of us have experienced.   Whether it’s from a major breakup, a job loss, or that burrito that sent you to the bathroom every fifteen minutes, we’ve all experienced some sort of pain.     But what if the emotional pain we experience was responsible for our physical pain?   I’m talking about cancer, diabetes, bloating, muscle aches, etc.   Sister, today we are going to be looking at root causes and non-traditional solutions to our pain with my new soul brother, Ronnie Landis.   Since he was four years old Ronnie Landis has been chasing the pursuit of human potential, going through his own multilayer transformational journey, and putting out all sorts of good vibes into the universe.   Ronnie is an integrative nutritionist, transformation coach, and human potential specialist. His work focuses on enhancing the human experience through natural nutrition, lifestyle design, and focusing on our highest priorities in life.   Ronnie believes that in order to truly manifest our dreams we must first embody them in a healthy, hormonally balanced, and disease free body.
