What is that one event that occurred in your life and how did it shape you to become stronger?

"If you desire to become a champion, to be the best in the game, you have to be relentless. Through life experiences and times where you feel like everything is just going wrong and you feel like giving up. You learn to just keep going because at the end of the day "you didn't come this far to only come this far" you learn to be one with yourself.

On today's episode of The Inspire Before We Expire, I got to speak on the power of resilience with native originally from the United Kingdom: Sophia Bhaumick.
