Topic: Discussion with my old Alexander Technique instructor, Jana Tift about a lot of things! Hearing Jana’s description of the kinesphere, a term coined by Rudolf Von Laban, was a refreshing reminder of its importance. Her description of the lateral muscles in our body is fantastic and was an important part of my own development. Finally a new, fresh way of looking at the importance of pausing – a topic that Deb often talks about too. Enjoy our wandering discussion and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
