Topic: Let’t take the intimidation out of the science that directly influences rider and horse balance. While the body is complicated and the interactions of forces is complicated, actually feeling the interplay of mass and force is easy to understand and manage. Ironically, complicated explanations help us simplify riding, training and improving balance. Once we understand what we cannot change, we finally gain skills to work with those things and quit struggling against them.
