Erika Westcott started her mortgage career practically right out of college and has earned her way to the top 1% of mortgage specialists in the nation. She has come such a long way initially learning from her own mistakes back when she first started, to then getting to a point where she needed to invest in herself and her own success through coaching to grow, to now being able to mentor and coach others that work right alongside her to help her be the successful mortgage professional she is today.
