I’ve got something quite unique for you in this episode. It’s called Chakradance. If you’ve listened to some of my other podcasts you may have heard me talk about the fundamentals of optimal health. Obviously, I always emphasise the importance of nourishing your body properly, but there are two other fundamentals that you could say are almost a shortcut to good health and vitality. The first is active relaxation, e.g. mediation/self-hypnosis, and the other of course is movement. Chakradance combines not only meditation and movement in one but also music therapy, and Jung psychology. Helly Doel, a Chakradance facilitator explains more.
