One of the 4 Pillars of the Hero Theory is Fitness (in case you’ve missed it, the other 3 are finances, family and faith).
This weeks guest is a guy that I’ve learned a great deal from regarding fitness but it’s been quite a bit different than most of the other fitness advice and education that you commonly hear out there.
Craig Weller was my fitness coach for a year and he taught me an awful lot about body mechanics and mobility.  I was busy trying to build a bigger, stronger body on a broken frame.  My low back and hips we’re super tight and Craig taught me a lot about loosening  up my body through alternate stretches, foam rolling, using a lacrosse ball to bust knots out of muscles an to take a better look at movement quality in the body.
He’s also the only guy I’ve ever know to live out my childhood dream…to have a monkey.
