Today I read an article from Outreach Magazine of a few churches who were struggling and have turned things around.

These churches seemed to have some common characteristics that include:
1. They went out into the community
2. They found the need. They found what pain people were experiencing and then filled the need and healed the pain
3. The shared the vision
4. They let people leave.
