July#1 Mark, Lauren & Jon of "Nice Legs"

July 06, 2015

GrooveCast host Chance Dorland sat down with vocalist Lauren Walker (often known by her onstage persona, Lewtrakimou), lo-fi mod-bassist Mark Lentz (who also has a strong presence under the stage name Henry Demos) and session drummer Jonathan Jacobson of "Nice Legs" to find out more about the expat band that has become the golden gam of the Yogiga family and Korea indie junket. Busking, live or in the studio, this is a band with three different identities and three different sounds, all of which are discussed while the band tells Chance how they got started and where they're going. Check out Facebook.com/WeAreNiceLegs for more info and make sure to check them out on July 11th at the Salt Art Gallery in Gwangju and then July 18th here in Seoul at Club Bbang in Hongdae with alongside Mineri, The Essence and Vidulgi Ooyoo! Also check out Doug Vautour's article on 'Nice Legs' in the July edition of Groove Magazine or on our website here ~ http://groovekorea.com/article/many-faces-nice-legs
