Today’s email is from Angel, who writes: 
“Hi. I would like to request a prayer. I feel that there is witchcraft being used against my girlfriend and I. I also feel that my family is under a generational curse due to being Roman Catholic. I ask you to please pray for me in my time of need. Thank you. May the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.”--Angel 
Angel’s problem is typical of many people today. Because America and the world have drifted so far from the Living God, who is Jesus Christ our Lord, witches are wreaking havoc on people’s lives in an effort to destroy them—especially those who love and worship the Lord Jesus. The Bible says that Satan comes to kill, steal, and destroy. So, Satan’s ambassadors—the witches, the sorcerers, the Satanists, etc., come to do the same thing. If you are not under the blood of the Lord Jesus—if you are not saved—then you are not protected from witchcraft. 

Angel also believes he is under a generational curse due to his family being Roman Catholic. He is 100% right about this. Roman Catholicism is idolatry, and God punishes idolatry with a generational curse (Exodus 20:4-5). 

Angel, moreover, feels his girlfriend is under attack by witchcraft. If Angel is involved in a sexual relationship with his girlfriend, then this is likely true also, as fornication: that is, sex outside of marriage, is also punishable by a generational curse. If you are under a generational curse, then you are living in sin. And if you are living in sin, then you are susceptible to demonic attack through witchcraft. Sins like idolatry and fornication are doorways through which Satan can enter a person’s life, and are a sure sign a person is under a generational curse.
