This week Josh, Joe, and Dusty welcome new cast member Chris to the show by discussing his love of New Japan pro wrestling, and revisiting Wrestle Kingdom 9.

Impact Wrestling is on a new channel, so we all tuned in to see if that meant a new direction in the company.  It turns out it didn’t, but we still break down the highs and lows of Impact Wrestling’s debut episode on Destination America, including introducing a hodge-podge stable that is apparently called “The Beatdown Crew”.  On the WWE front, we’re all happy that Sami Zayn is back after the not-so-shocking betrayal of Kevin Owens, and on Raw, John Cena decides to stick it to the man via hashtag.  The show did see the return of the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar, however, which means we got some juicy Heyman promos, and were reminded of what the WWE World Heavyweight Championship looks like.

We round out the show by discussing Daniel Bryan’s chances at regaining the momentum he had a year ago, and speculate on Seth Rollins and his future as a Paul Heyman Guy.. and at some point we revise the lumberjack match to instead feature sharpshooters.
