We discuss ways of attracting more younger Vermonters to serve on their local town select boards, planning commissions, and other town offices, with Martha Cornwell, recently elected to the Shaftsbury Select Board, and John O’Keefe, town manager of Manchester, joined later by Vinnie Thompson, who ran for the Arlington Select Board last March.
