In this episode I ask the question: Do you really want to be a coach? With everyone and their uncle's dog proclaiming that they are a 'coach' you have to start to question the logic of becoming a coach. It's as easy as changing your Linkedin profile to say 'Coach' on it. Nothing else required it seems. However, do you really want to become cannon fodder for the already established coaches? If you aren't serious about being a coach and you say you are a coach, all it really does is to indirectly lend more credit to already established coaches (while simultaneously making it more difficult for new coaches to break through). The real answer: How passionate are you about it? If, on a 1-10, your passion is a 15...?
