TEXT: Revelation 22:1-7

After John tells us that we will see God's face in Heaven, he tells us that God's name will be in our foreheads. God's name being in the forehead of believers is contrasted with the mark of the Antichrist being the forehead of those who reject Christ during the Tribulation period. God will place His name upon us, signifying that we belong to Him forever. When a child is born into a family, he is given his own name, but he is also given the family name. His family name indicates where he belongs. When we are born again into God's family, we are given His name as well. Now, by the Holy Spirit living inside of us, He writes it on our hearts. But, up there, it will be visible for all to see.
