Rock on kids! I killed it today in my first long-sleeve run of the season. I actually talk about passing the whole Wilbur Cross track team who were out on a training run. Hilarious. Definitely feeling good,

Oh we have so much to talk about, I run out of time! I had a super busy weekend and wanted to share. And a friend of mine had a birthday and she was talking about getting "old" so I share some thoughts. I'm now a godfather as well, so I talk about that.

Well look what we have here, Episode 12! I can't believe it's been 12 weeks! 3 months. How far we've come. We talk mostly about running and specifically preparing for travel for a race, or two. So apart from what gear I bring,

Wow, yeah. This was a heavy show. We talk about vagina exercises apparently, and my natural inquisitiveness and how it gets me in trouble and misunderstood. Then I go on a whole thing about how to take the power back from the man! Yes really.
Episode 10! Wow, nice round number!
So here it is, episode 10. My run today was the fastest I've gone in a while. Seriously, check it out. So this episode I talk a lot about poop and listening to your body. I also talk about exploration and space and stuff and junk.

I dislike parades, and I dislike fireworks. We talk about food and some running and some environment stuff, and Morrissey. Also, I explain why I felt unwell last night...And I managed to get 7 miles in today.
Episode 8, We need to do better
No seriously, we need to treat each other better. I talk about how we treat each other, I try to stay calm about it. I punish myself by eating chips that are amazingly hot, yet delicious. And I talk a very little bit about running.
