Finding Your Purpose with Clarity Mentor Esther Coronel de Iberkleid

May 28, 2013

What is your purpose in life? It's an important question and one I've been struggling with recently. It's one that never goes away as well. You may be able to answer when you're 4, 14 or 41 years old. But throughout your life?
This is another fantastic interview in our Genuine Hypnosis Happiness Podcast series. Download the audio, pop it on your phone and listen in your earbuds the next time your going somewhere. Esther Coronel de Iberkleid, a doctor of chemistry, was looking for her life's purpose after 25 years of being in business but not being happy. I spoke to Esther yesterday where we hooked up La Paz, Bolivia to London, England via Skype.
Esther turned to Kinesiology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to find the answers and has become – not a life coach – but a Life Changing Coach, and – not a mentor – but a Clarity Mentor.
And she found her life's purpose, which is the following:
To help people understand their life and help them be the best they can be.
Kinesiology
Esther uses kinesiology to identify the blocks in the lives and bodies of her clients.
Esther continues to explain a daily practices to open us up, become more aware of ourselves and find our purpose. A practice to help us identify where our blockages and problems are so we can remove them.
Sit down on a chair with two feet on the floor. Put your two hands on your lap. Close your eyes and breathe. Inhale through your nose; exhale through your mouth. Follow the path of the breath and tell the oxygen to nurture your body. Smile. It is important to smile whilst meditating (just have a Buddha-type half-smile).
This will brighten your day and energise you.
Doing this can supply you with answers to certain questions. Just ask the question once you feel relaxed and wait for the answer. You don't always get the answer. Sometimes you need to struggle to find the answer but that struggle will be educational.
We all have an inner guidance. We are the only ones who can help us.
Spirituality
Esther had some profound words to say, especially when she was talking about spirituality. Here is one of the things she said that meant the most to me:
We are not human beings having a spiritual experience we are spiritual beings having a human experience
She went on to explain that we are pure energy and that when we begin to understand that everything changes.
Esther warns us against "listening with our ego" and says you should just listen to the ego (without prejudice) and make it fun. Everything changes in your life and you can see what you did not see before.
The cloud that you have in front of you that is causing your lack of clarity comes from your ego and emotions.
The next time you feel a negative emotion, just let the emotion go. Don't take it personally. Let it go, no matter where it comes from. Don't take the emotion; just take the information. Ask yourself: "Why did this situation cause this emotion in me? What is this connected to?" Because this will bring you the information you'll need to evolve with your life.
Personal development program
Esther runs a personal development program where she encourages her clients to know more about themselves, to understand which skills they have and to define where they are and where they want to be. And then, most importantly, to develop a strategy to achieve this and act!
There are three important ingredients:
Clarity: She used the power of words to challenge my negative assumptions about my ability to plan the weeks ahead. He asked me again and again about my notion of clarity. When you have clarity your body resonates with a high frequency. Listen to the interview to get a good understanding of this as Esther improves my direction.
Confidence: You are confident. Don't worry about being unconfident.
Self-esteem: Exactly the same. You can do it.
