Trevor Tierney - Being Still, Letting Reactions Take Over, And Rethinking The Goalie Position

August 08, 2019

Today on the show we have Trevor Tierney.

Trevor is a graduate of Princeton University. During his time at Princeton he won two National Championships and four Ivy League Championships and he still hold the record at Princeton for career goals against.

After Princeton he was a two time goaltender for Team USA in the World Lacrosse Championships. He was also a three-time MLL All-Star and part of an MLL Championship with the Bayhawks in 2005. This makes him the only goalie to have won the NCAA Championship, the World Lacrosse Championship, and the MLL Championship.

Trevor was also the defensive coordinator for the Denver Outlaws and an assistant coach for Denver University. He now runs LXTC Lacrosse which is something we talk about a little during the show.

Trevor and I got a chance to talk about a lot of things like being still, allowing your reactions to take over, rethinking the goalie position, and much much more.
