Andy Towers - Competitve Spirit, Appreciating Opportunities, & The Premiere Lacrosse League

July 25, 2019

Today on the show we have the Head Coach of the Chaos in the Premiere Lacrosse League, Andy Towers.

Coach Towers was a graduate of Brown University where he was a 3x All-American for two different positions. Once as an attackman and twice as a midfielder. He still holds the record for goals in a single season and career goals.

After college he started his coaching career as an assistant at Brown before moving on Yale, then Fairfield. He was the head coach at Hartford College for one year before taking the assistant position at Dartmouth. He then became the Head Coach at Dartmouth in 2009. He’s now the Head Coach of the Chaos Lacrosse Club.

Coach Towers and I got a chance to talk about a lot of things like having a competitive spirit, the importance of rest and recovery, appreciating opportunities, what his experience has been like in the PLL so far, and much much more.
