Steel: There is no need to panic and change your mobile phone platform for the new Titanfall app, like I did for Call of Duty (FML) … because it’s available for everything… everything but Blackberry. Awwww bbm gets no love, but honestly, the only people I know that use blackberry’s are ex-seals and paranoids. So what’s included in the new app? Stats, history, stats, interactive maps, stats, loadouts, stats, player tracking, stats, scoreboards and stats. … oh and stats. BTW … from what I’ve seen so far it’s an excellent addition as a real time tracker while you’re playing. Just try not to get killed while you’re staring at it. There is a bit of PC hate in the review for the app because it favors the consoles, but let’s face it. The PC master race just is denying it’s roots. Who’s your daddy? Ralph Baer’s your daddy!

Option:Have you seen Sony’s new magnetic tape? Apparently, it holds 185 TB of data. However, it still will not go to the next song like it’s supposed to, and dear god help you if you don’t know how to read the lines in the window. What’s next? 8Track is revisited?

Today we sample the tragedy that is Let it Go from Frozen. I don’t think there is a parent out there that still likes this song. It has been this year’s quintessential earworm and and EDM remix isn’t going to save us any pain.

​What do I need to stream?

First off you need a decent connection. I have Time Warner EXTREMEEEEEEEEEEEEE Internet and I get 30mbps down and 5 up.​ Even with this my gameplay on the Xbox One or the Xbox 360 will be effected. It lags and die!!! I would suggest 5mbps up at the bare minimum.

Secondly, you need a console stream service or a hardware capture device and broadcaster. I recommend the Hauppage PV2 as it works with every platform. HD does matter despite what other gamers may tell you. I will watch a HD video over a non-HD video for the sole factor that it says. “Hey, I’ve spent the money and am proving to you that I’m serious about this.” It also proves you’re not a 8 year old making a spinning headshot sniping montage on Ghosts. 1,000 shots and you get 10 headshots and think you’re a pro. if you don’t want to spend the money I would suggest the Twitch app on Xbox One and Xsplit for capture on the PC as well as Twitch for the broadcast. You can’t go wrong with Twitch on either platform.

Third you need a personality if you are going to do commentary OR you need to be either very good or terrible if you’re not going to say a word.

So to sum up… it costs money to stream and there is no guarantee you’re going to make it back. It’s true, my “I tore my jeans playing Halo 2″ video was huge. It had 200k views when I made the mistake of taking it down instead of making it private. Which leads me to my last comment.

Never ever upload something you will regret uploading … the same goes for deleting.
