Interestingly about 5 years ago I got a Facebook message from a guy saying that he was writing a book (I was too) and that he would like to know how I was publishing mine. He was interested. He genuinely wanted to know. He was growing and learning. That guy was Jon Goodman.

Jon has since become a trainer of trainers with his websites theptdc.com, and viralnomics.com. He's a fantastic resource for those looking to increase their success in business and life - whether that be though social media, mindset techniques, or just becoming a better person.

We end up talking a lot about the fitness industry in this episode, a lot about the mindset of success, and a lot about business. The thing is that all of these flow together - success in one area bleeds over into other areas. That's why I can safely say EVERYONE will find something useful in this episode of the FDF Podcast! Enjoy!

More specifically in this episode you’ll find out:

*
How the strength of your "weak ties" determines your business success.

*
How an over-reliance on numbers and metrics can sabotage your results.

*
How to overcome your fear and take action!

*
Is being "shredded" worth it to you? Should it be?

*
Why New Years Resolutions are overrated.

*
How to niche your marketing to maximize it's effectiveness.

*
And much more.
