Should Marvel Release a Hulk Solo Movie — Again?

February 05, 2015

As you can clearly see, FTL Radio has made a change to the look and feel of our site. We’re still working on it, so please bare with us. That being said, the podcast has been growing since we launched half a year ago and we felt the site deserved cleaner, more professional look. And we have you to thank for that.
We have a newsletter, so you can throw your email over there to the right or down below to receive updates when new episodes are published.
For the record, the introduction is not us advertising any game or anything, but we both laughed our asses off because of the Super Bowl ad.
This week we talked about the Ghost Busters movie and the announcement that it was going to be an all female cast. Quite frankly, I think it’s awesome and the cast is pretty freaking cool as well. Of course some people are not so happy.
We talked about Gale Hawthorne–I mean Liam Hemsworth–being the lead in the upcoming Independence Day.
But what we spent a good chunk of time talking about is the Hulk. He’s a bad ass, we all know that. But the two times they’ve made a movie about him, they’ve not been that good. It’s because of Mark Ruffalo and the Avengers that the Hulk worked so well. However, what sort of an environment could Marvel create where a Hulk movie would work? Is it even possible?
Thank you for listening, enjoy the episode, and feel free to let us know what you think.
