David Crosby is the coffee royalty in the city of Calgary. He started out a fresh University graduate with a dream of bringing the best quality coffee to his customers. Now, eight years later, he is realizing that dream and quickly raising the bar on his competition and big chain coffee houses.  David sits down with Jake at his third location in Calgary and talks all about his journey, from working long hours by himself to overseeing operations for three locations. They talk coffee, business in Calgary and even take an unsuspecting detour in mixed martial arts! David also drops some exciting news on this fantastic interview.
