Erika Taylor Montgomery enjoyed an 18-year on-air TV and radio career in the San Francisco Bay Area before transitioning to Public Relations. In 2005, she launched Three Girls Media, a boutique public relations and social media management agency whose focus is providing high quality marketing services for small businesses on tight budgets.
