Kyle Barraclough: Introduction
Now, here’s an entrepreneur who’s been there done that. He’s traveled to 7 continents, skinny dipped in Antartica… Swam with whale sharks in Mozambique and danced the tango in Buenos Aires.
All…while building his business.
Meet Kyle Barraclough, founder of Libertad Apparel, world traveling entrepreneur and deal-maker.
Being a world traveler throws up its own challenges. Like what clothes can you wear that don’t actually look like travel clothes? Not wanting to look like the man in the LL Bean catalog, Kyle set about designing his own travel apparel, good enough to dance the tango in Buenos Aires, good enough to impress the senoritas.
That takes some homework, a good-looking stylish shirt that stays wrinkle and door resistant for days at a time. But he put it to the test and raise $55,000 on Kickstarter to launch the project.
In this interview, we talk about how Kyle runs his business while traveling the world, life after Kickstarter and advice for entrepreneurs starting out who like Kyle, want to live the dream.
