We discuss Steams newest venture of creating a new type of console. Their Steam machines and accompanying SteamOS allow you to bring your PC game library to the big screen. With a custom controller and the ability to play (some of) your Steam library, we think that this new concept will help bridge the gap that is segregating the gaming community. Albeit, at its current stage, it doesn't look too promising since it is only compatible with Linux versions of the Steam library.
