The prodigal host returns for an episode in which Jon and Debbie interview Dr. Dominic D’agostino who expounds on MANY details about the myriad ways in which ketosis helps the body.  We go over the dangers (or actually, lack thereof) of intermittent ketosis, how ketone bodies fuel the brain and what’s important when it comes to measuring all of that.


Then, Jon wraps up the episode by talking about why CrossFit Endurance might not be all its cracked up to be . . . but why every endurance athlete needs to incorporate its principles into their training.
