Pioneer women have done great things to settle the west. Shannon Femenia continues that tradition in Boise, Idaho to this day. If you ask Shannon to describe herself, she'll tell you about her elements: carbon, oxygen, water, but there's so much more to her. She's a pioneer and leader and always has been.
