In this episode of the Fastpitch Softball Chat Show, Coach Charlie Dobbins from William Peace University is here with advice on the concept of a Pitcher's Powerline.
Coach Dobbins asks young pitchers "What is the powerline?" Many answer it is the direction in which they are going to stride when delivering the pitch to the catcher. But what Charlie sees is your body is going to seek balance. Natural progression and natural weight is going to push you in a certain direction. Coach Dobbins gives his tip for centering your Powerline in this episode.
