There’s been lots of “wheelin’ and dealin’” in Harrisburg and Albany this week. 

There’s progress as Democratic legislators and the governor finalize a proposed NY government budget, which is full of policy changes as well. Jason McGuire of New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms analyzes this week’s news.

Michael Geer of the Pennsylvania Family Institute explains the implications on HB300, which he calls dangerous legislation now advancing in the PA House.
