In the year 2008, my transformative journey began at my nutritionist’s office. Struggling with health issues, I sought her guidance to better care for myself. It was during this pivotal moment that I was introduced to the enchanting Aura Soma Equilibrium colour bottles.
Amidst my health challenges, the vibrant bottles of colour beckoned to me, igniting the start of my profound exploration into the world of colours.
I shared my vision with the nutritionist – our initial focus would be on the language of colours, with nutrition taking a back seat for a while. The allure of this captivating dimension was simply irresistible.
Colours, or as I like to call them, ‘colours of the soul,’ have since become an integral part of my life, akin to an additional language. The language of colours is one of the most ancient forms of communication known to humanity.
What fuels my unwavering passion for this field? It’s the intricate dance of colours with fashion, the profound connection between colours and nutrition, and the art of styling with hues.
Colours, when comprehended, tell a profound story. They unveil not only your core identity but also offer insights on a mental, physical, spiritual, and subconscious level. Pay attention not just to the colours you embrace but also to those you instinctively shy away from.

Since 2008, I’ve been dedicated to colour therapy, working closely with individuals in one-on-one sessions. Today, I integrate this profound knowledge into my global teaching and coaching sessions. People often express astonishment at the depth of my coaching. It’s all thanks to my ability to decipher the untold narratives concealed within the language of colours. Through online coaching, I not only analyze individuals’ clothing choices but also the colours that envelop them in their homes, offering a holistic understanding of their unique stories.

In the near future, we will extend to teaching this unique language of colours to corporate companies, particularly within their HR departments. Our aim is to empower individuals and teams to harness the potential of colours for personal and professional growth. Coaches will play a pivotal role in spreading this knowledge.
