You’re up at the crack-of-dawn to get the turkey ready for the oven. After all, a perfectly roasted turkey is the holy grail of every Thanksgiving cook.
But, we roast a turkey, what, once a year?
So, whether you’re a seasoned turkey roaster or a novice with your first holiday meal, you need to make sure you safely prepare, stuff and cook the holiday bird.
