Mountain Biking and Downhill Riding with Adrian Johnson

Today's guest tells us about mountain biking and downhill riding. He also tells us a bit about mountain bikes and where to get more information about them. Adrian Johnson shares some stories with us such as choosing a mountain bike to race 60 miles with and being ejected from his bike during a downhill ride. Adrian shares his knowledge and opinion of gear during the "Suggest the Best" segment of the show.

Food while Biking- Gummy chews. Electrolyte tabs for water.
