We live in a time and place where we are constantly being barraged by negative things for our overall health and happiness – whether it’s chemicals, unhealthy food, or unhealthy messages we’re told will make us happier.

We need to break free from the message that consumerism will make us happier, and become aware of some of the biggest and worst negative stuff that is bombarding us, so that we can do our best to protect ourselves. We also need to understand how we got into this mess in the first place, and what possibilities we have to get out of it.
