We are excited to have our pilot episode of Eat Laugh FIGHT published! It has been a slow process getting this baby off the ground, and we are looking forward to improving every week!

This week its just the guys sitting around the poker table in the man cave crackin' beers, and jokes. We introduced ourselves and talked about each of our involvment in food, comedy, and mixed martial arts.  We thought the first episode turned out much better than we though it might so we hope you enjoy it!!
