Spot-Jobs-Jake-WilliamsJake  Williams - Spot Jobs
Jake Williams is one half of the SpotJobs.com duo. Jake Williams 25, and Lewis Romano 26 launched SpotJobs in 2012 and since then have seen their company skyrocket to the fourth ranked jobs board in Australia.

The idea of SpotJobs was born through Jake Williams’ experience as a school leaver looking for work to make money for Schoolies. Expecting to find a SpotJobs.com that would have work close to home on a casual basis for a few hours a week. To his shock, this concept was non-existent so the duo set off on their entrepreneurial journey, determined to fill the glaring gap that existed in the online job board market.

Jake has just relocated from Melbourne to establish the second head office in Sydney. Jake is a highly determined and ambitions entrepreneur, and the duo expect an even greater expansion for 2014.
