WOW! We're back! Du You Tri has had a REALLY long layoff but we're coming back with a vengance. Today's show brings myself (Keith Burtis) together with Dan Szajta (My new Co-host!) to talk about consistency, structure and strategy. See some irony there? We're coming off about 10 months without a show and we're preaching to you about consistency. Geesh, who are we? Well, I've spent the last 4 months in rehab while Dan has been kicking butt all over the East coast!
