Listener Question
We like to answer questions on the podcast as well. Please feel free to join our Facebook Group or leave a question right here on the comments on our blog and we'll do our best to answer. This week's Question comes from Mark Knerr: When I am in the heart of my training it seems my energy level seems to go way down. Could this be related to poor nutrition the previous day and if so what would you suggest as far as good energy foods our foods to stay away from. Sorry, need to listen to the show to get the answer :)
