Fitness Challenges are Stupid, Right? 100 Reasons Why.

Pithy title right? Well, it just so happens to be my opinion that challenges like 50 days of pushups or 25 days of sit-up’s are stupid and based in zero physiological benefit. Of course, if you’re idea of good health is overtraining one part of your body while ignoring the rest  then go for it! On today’s podcast Russ and I discuss these challenges and even offer you a challenge of our own!

During the podcast (see play bar below or subscribe) Russ says, “Hey, lets make a fitness challenge that works!” So, while we love creating things we’ve not had a chance to make up a formal document or formal contest.
