Hello endurance enthusiasts, health nuts, triathlon titans and the ultra awesome! Today, is a new’ish podcast that I (Keith burtis) will start to add regularly to our standard Du You Tri Podcast feed. This segment is called Observations in Training. The objective is to share my weekly bike and swim training thoughts in the hopes that my screw up’s and successes help you in your own training.


Observations for Saturday February 1st, 2014:

  • I share my thoughts on social media pro’s and con’s in your training.
  • I share my thoughts on so called “experts” and a bit on how I use suggestions while at the same time being cognizant that other people’s opinions are just that….their opinions.
  • We talk about nutrition and hydration in training and how I mimic that of what I plan to do while racing.
