The question we are discussing today is “Should new dads take paternity leave?”  When first hearing the question,  it seems like the answer is an overwhelming yes.  Well, of course, this way new dads have the opportunity to bond with their baby and take on important responsibilities at home.   

But what if it isn’t that simple?  I recently talked with a father of 3 who took paternity leave for 9 months for each of his children.  However looking back, he felt like taking that time off was the wrong decision for him.
