In this episode we discuss how Covid-19 affected the most commonly used job structure in place due to labor laws that are currently in place. We examine how certain employers has been innovative in creating an atmosphere that is conducive to the times that we are currently living. Finding different way to perform jobs more effectively and efficiently while creating incentives for their employees. We discuss that changes need to be made not just because of the pandemic but for moral values as well.
