They discuss many of the rulings that have recently come down from the Supreme Court Of The United States  including the protection of churches and their funding, the travel ban.  Duncan feels like some of these decisions are because the SCOTUS is trying to put the lower courts back in their place.  Some believe that the first amendment should cover everything. There was a lot of discussion amongst the justices about this. The U.S. Supreme Court announced Monday it will hear the case of a suburban Denver baker (Masterpiece Cakeshop) who refused to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple on faith-based grounds.
