Amazing interview with Dale! Everyone has a story! When I read Dale ran her first marathon at the age of 45, I knew she'd have pearls of wisdom to share. Loved it as I'm sure you'd too. Listen in here: Interview with Dale Choquette

More about Dale
Dale is no stranger to being audacious. From walking on fire and running her first marathon at the age of 45 to stepping away from the corporate world to start her own business she has definitely left her comfort zone behind. Starting her own business turned out to be more of a challenge than she thought, but the lessons in self-leadership that she learned from running 9 marathons taught her to never give up.

In his famous "Last Lecture," Carnegie Mellon University professor of computer science Randy Pausch said: "Brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something." Dale admits she has hit many brick walls and always found a way to get through them. Dale says “Running marathons has shown me what amazing results can happen when you harness the mental determination and drive that is present in all people.” That’s the reason she helps business professionals step into their own audaciousness and be the best version of themselves by embracing personal leadership in business and in life.
