Michelle Alejandra Booth and I grew up dirt poor but rose up to rule the world ... well, not the world, but we did steer our own success stories. I'm not trying to be all Tim Ferriss inspirational. But we do have a "poor-off" competition to see who has the worst story about growing up poor. We also talk about throwing drinking glasses away in Vegas, which happens on the Strip. And can I talk Michelle out of her adoration of the Dallas Cowboys?

1.  Vegas has no trees, like a bald guy has no hair.

2. (07:00 minutes in): Michelle talks about the cop who didn't like that she was a ghost in El Paso, Texas.

3. (11:30): Dallas Cowboys vs. Star Wars!

4. (13:30): A lady threw booze on Michelle right before her job interview.

5. (17:00): Vegas needs emotional investment.

6. (22:30:): People throw glasses in trash cans in Vegas.

7. (24:00): Michelle and I debate who was poorer as a kid.

8. (30:00): Strippers make more money than journalists.

9. (36:15): Poverty tips -- TextNow Wireless costs $110 less a month than AT&T

10. (43:45): We don't envy rich people at Vegas' Gatsby parties.

11. (49:00): Vegas school kids win Grammys?

12. (56:30): Vegas taxes are low, so our public services are, you know, um.

13. (58:10): Old Vegas (the early 2000s)

14. (62:45): "Are you happy?"

15. (68:00): Michelle's fun Vegas-newbie story, plus Cajun Tomatoes.

16. (73:00): Seth Rogen

17. (75:45): Michelle's Greatest Wisdom.

18. (80:00): "You drown not by falling into a river but by staying submerged in it."
