Like the ol saying goes, you can’t judge a book by its cover. Same case here. The place looks very cool, modern, funky, got some good tunage lovely large interior but the coffee… Bitter is an understatement.
Today we had a guest speaker, Andy from Otago University. He’s a PHD student working in the cancer genetics department. Andy had a double shot cappuccino. His was so bitter he couldn’t enjoy it.
Steveo had tea; it failed the teapot test. Dripping hot tea over his testies.
Johnny_Hiker, had his traditional long black with a side of water. The side of water was tiny and it cooled down too quickly. The coffee was extremely bitter. It was a general consensus, we would not return.
