Talkin about all the health things I've learned in the past few months.  1. Love eating high carb, low fat plant foods more than previous low carb, high fat meat diets.  2. The need to add fish oil to a low fat diet for depression issues. 3. Genetic testing analysis revealing obesity, depression, and other factors. 4.
