Welcome back to Dungeon Crawlers Anonymous! In our third episode, we discuss a few recent games that have hit our tables, including Arcadia Quest, Loot and Scoot, and Deus. We give an overview of Roleplaying Game introductory box sets, a sort of hybrid model between board games and RPGs, with several modern suggestions (Pathfinder, D&D 5e, and Star Wars: Edge of the Empire). We visit the mechanics shop to discuss timers in adventure games, and then we dive into Descent Second Edition, our game of the week.
