I've worked in B2B technology sales for 18 years at F500 tech companies (Salesforce and Ricoh) as an individual contributor, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales, with over 100M in career sales and numerous finishes at #1 nationally.

I currently work on the Enterprise Sales team at Salesforce, where I partner with our largest customers to help them drive growth, innovation, and success on the Salesforce Platform. At Ricoh, I led a team of 10 Sales Managers and 70 reps responsible for 60M annually across hardware, software, and services.

My passion project is creating sales videos and content that inspires Sales Professionals to perform at the highest level and untap their full potential. I also make frequent appearances as a guest speaker on Top Business Podcasts and sales conferences as a Sales Thought Leader. 

Key Moments:

Ian had 2 near-death experiences that helped shape who he is. It made him realize that he had untapped potential that he vowed to tap into, which vaulted him into serving others. 
Ian puts his family first and is dedicated to working on himself daily. He believes there are so many distractions that are taking you away from what you are truly meant to do. Remove the distractions and live a passionate life. 
Ian admittedly has a very addictive personality that in his younger years didn't serve him. Ian learned to remove those poor habits and addictions and instead used those traits to fuel him in what he does today. 
Focus on your revenue-generating activities. Too many of us focus on things that don't forward our business. If you are doing one thing you can't do another. 
How to develop your mindset to improve and maximize your performance.
