Ron Rutland in Uganda

Happy New Year from the entire team here at Cycle Talk SA. We start the year with an amazing story in the first episode of our cycling podcast for 2014. On this week’s show Brad Brown:

Caught up with adventurer Ron Rutland while he was in Addis Ababa in Ethiopia. Ron is 6 months into a two year journey that will see him cycle from Cape Town to London, a trip that will see him visit every single country on the African continent. Ron tells Brad about some of the challenges he has had to overcome, his Christmas lunch in northern Uganda as well as the inspiring story of Lettie.
